  Can we please pass on a huge thanks for your support and your partnership this
  year. It has been a challenging year for us as a school, as it has been in many
  schools, and we have been working extremely hard to move forward with the next
  steps in making Gellifaelog the best it can be! As always, we appreciate your
  respectful and constructive feedback as a school. We look forward to sharing our
  next round of parent and pupil surveys early in the Autumn, because TOGETHER we

• Free School Meals

  Parent Information- We have been asked by Welsh Government (WG) to inform you that there will not be any further extension to the school holiday Free School Meal provision.

  This means that unfortunately there will not be any direct payments or supermarket vouchers provided to families eligible for free school meals, for the summer holiday period or for subsequent holiday periods.

  Parents Information -KIDS EAT FREE OR FOR CHEAPER 🍎
  We have gathered a list of location’s we know to be located within Merthyr or nearby that are offering a ‘Kids Eat Free’ campaign or at a lower cost.
  Morrisons also have a scheme. ‘Ask for Ellen’ and receive a portion of 2 standard crumpets with butter and jam. No questions asked!

  Parent Information - Message from the PTA-Just a quick update :
  Parents are welcome to give the older children money on Tuesday and if there's enough staff they may be allowed to go up to the fun day from 2pm, then parents can collect children as normal at 3pm. Also anyone who would like to volunteer to help on the day please get in touch we really need the help and support we are only a small team taking on a big project. The more help we have the more money we can raise and then the more events we can organise such as pantomines and Halloween party's etc
