Learning Information
Blood, Bones and Gory Bits
Our current class topic is called; ' Blood, Bones & Gory Bits.... To support our learning, the children will be doing a variety of tasks.
We will learn about our bodies by exploring blood, bones, and the important parts inside us that help us stay healthy.
This topic helps us understand how blood moves around our body and how bones support and protect us.
We will investigate the skeleton, muscles, and blood to see how they work together.
By learning about blood and bones, we can understand how our bodies heal and grow.
The “gory bits” are the organs inside our bodies that help us breathe, move, and stay alive
Home Learning
Homework
Over some half-terms, your child may have a home project to complete. This will always be related to the current class topic.
When other homework is provided, this will usually be on a Friday, to be completed by the following Wednesday.
Reading books should be changed on a weekly basis.
Please take the time to speak to your child about their learning,
read with them and help support their homework.
Class Notices for your Fridge
PE kits are needed on a Wednesday. Please make sure your child has suitable kit and footwear.
Miss Keast will teach the class on a Wednesday afternoon.
